Hi, I’m Britni Baggett
I believe learning should do more than check a box, it should spark curiosity, fuel growth, and produce results that matter to people and organizations. My career began in sales, where I saw firsthand how coaching, clear goals, and the right support can shift performance. Leading teams to award-winning outcomes, including President’s Club and Regional Growth recognition, reinforced the value of developing people and prompted my transition into Learning & Development.
I hold a Master of Science in Health Services Administration from Central Michigan University, a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Wilberforce University, a Graduate Certificate in Instructional Design from the University of Central Florida, and Training & Facilitation certification through the Association for Talent Development. This academic foundation supports a practical, business-driven approach to learning.
Today, I bring experience across biopharma, medtech, and healthcare, blending business insight, instructional design, and stakeholder collaboration. I work with organizations to identify the real drivers behind performance gaps, connect learning efforts to strategic goals, and design engaging, scalable learning solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
